Delivery, Returns & Refund Policy
1. Delivery
We aim to provide accurate delivery times for each item, which can be found in the item details section on our website. Delivery times may vary based on the product's availability and the destination of the shipment. Please note that all delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.
2. Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. It is the buyer's responsibility to check with their local customs office for information on any potential taxes or duties.
3. Returns and Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Dispatch items back within: 21 days of delivery
Please ensure that the items are returned in their original condition and packaging. Items must not be used or damaged to qualify for a return or exchange.
4. Cancellations
We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. However, please contact us immediately if you have any issues with your order, and we will do our best to assist you.
5. Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged
Due to the nature of certain products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items unless they arrive damaged or defective:

6. Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to return items to ensure they arrive safely.
7. Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
8. UK Legal Requirements
In accordance with UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on our website within 14 days of receiving the goods. This is known as the "cooling-off" period. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by making a clear statement via email to support@schomedecor.co.uk within the 14-day period.
If you cancel your order during the cooling-off period, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:

14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or

(if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or

If there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel your order.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
9. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@schomedecor.co.uk with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible, which may include providing a replacement item or a full refund.
